HCG Diet

On friday, I started the HCG Diet. I have a friend that has lost over 20 lbs in the last 35 days, so I thought I would give it a try. I am now on day three and it has not been to bad.........granted, I am on my load days. The basics of the diet are: For 3 days you take the HCG drop and load up on high calorie, high fat and sugar foods. For 37 days you are restricted to a special 500 calorie diet that includes only certain items plus the HCG drops. For 21 days you have a maintainance diet of 1500 calories. So, to thell you the truth I am getting pretty sick of the loading. I really don't want to eat anymore and will be gratedful for tomorrow. I am going to post my start weight tomorrow and my food journal.
