WHAT THE HECK!!!!! This morning I am not a happy camper. I weighed in at a 144.0 again! 3 days in a row. What is going on. I have never wanted to quit something so bad. 28 day total is now 17.4 lbs. I am going to do a apple day today. Oh Joy! I so bad want to get to the 130's. If I don't start dropping by tomorrow, I am going to just go to the maintaince period of the diet and try to exercise the rest off.

Well, all I have to say is that today is going to be an apple day. I am not happy. I did not even indulge yesterday. My meals compared to everyone elses was sad. And I still gained. I guess that the turkey and the 3 veggies bit me in the butt! The scale this morning was 145.2 lbs. A gain of .4 lbs. Almost a pound in 2 days. This brings the 25 day total to 16.2 lbs. ( I hate to see it go backwards!) :0(....

Here we go again. I am not liking to looks of this. The weight this morning was 146.2. A .4lbs weight loss. This is looking familiar. I hope that my body does not just go back to what it was doing before. Another apple day will kill me! The 19 day total weight loss is 15.2 lbs. Yesterday I went up and saw my Mom and Dad for a few hours. When my dad very first walked in the door he said. Mindy, have you been loosing weight? You face looks a lot slimmer. What the HE-DOUBLE-HOCKEY-STICKS is going on with me. I got on the scale this morning and I was 148.2. A flippen gain of .2 lbs. I am so discouraged. I am wanting to quit this diet because I am no longer seeing the results. It is so depressing. I know that the hard weekend is coming up and I am scared. I am going to do a apple day today. From what I hear, it sucks. I only have one little here this morning, so I am going to pack him to Harmon's and get an assortment of apples so I have a little variety today. I think that I am also going to do some exercise on the elliptical. I need to make serious changes to day to see if I can get a loss. I have to 17 day total loss of 13.2 lbs.

Weekends are horrible for dieting. I never thought that I would be wishing that it was a weekday. I am seriously messed up! The scale was semi kind to me today. I weighed in at 148.8 lbs. This is a .6lbs weight loss. For a weekend, I will take it. At least it was not a gain. This brings the 14 day total to 12.6 lbs. I am hoping for a super big number tomorrow.

Drum roll............149.6 lbs. I made it to the 140's! WOOT WOOT! I am so excited. There are so many things that I need to thank: Myself, the broccoli, Myself, the grapefruit, Myself, the HCG for sure, Myself..........the list goes on and on. I like the sound of that. Also, I feel that tomorrow I will see the 140's. ( I hope that I just did not curse myself!) It is feeling good to have the weight gone. Imagine a 10 lb bag of flour right in my mid section, that is gone plus more! People are starting to notice, it make a girl feel good and capable of staying on the diet. Last night was super hard. So many delicious dishes to try. At least everyone else said they were delicious, they smelled fantastic! I did not cave, I had 2 glasses of water. (Who knew that I had such will power?) Goals today: Very little salt, 160 oz water what the heck, 3 load of laundry and the dishes done! Kendall will be glad for the latter goals!

Day 13
I am so happy this morning! I weighed in at 151.4 lbs. This is a 1.8 lb loss. With all the umm......girl issues that I am having right now, I will gladly take it. This brings the 9 day total to 10.2. Yippee! I am not gonna lie, it is so hard to cut out the salt. I have to admit that I used it on my broccoli yesterday. I did use a very small amount though. I think that the grapefruit is better for me than the apples. It just moves thing thru me better if you know what I mean! Goals today: very little salt, 160 oz water and resisting all temptation at the Relief Society function tonight!

I'm not gonna lie........today it hurts...........no mattter how many times I weighed myself this morning I always came in at 154.0 lbs. This is a .2 oz gain. It is not what I wanted. Come on! I even resisted the cinnamon rolls yesterday and this is what I get to show for it?????? So this brings the weight loss to 6.6 lbs in 7 days.

Weigh in today was not what I had hoped. I weighed in at 153.8. Only a half of a pound. This is not what I was hoping for. I wanted to see at least one pound a day. Sigh........On a good note, I am down 6.8 pounds in just six days. I have discovered that weekends are going to be the challenge for me. When I am home, I am able to drink my water and eat on time. Weekends just mess that up.

I'm doing the happy dance right now. I got on the scale this morning and weighed in at 154.4. That is another 1.0 lbs loss for me. So, 6.2 lbs in 5 days!!!! I was really worried about yesterday, but it worked out okay. I can look in the mirror now and see the results. It looks like my neck and face are slimmer and my gut looks smaller. I will measure on mondays and post the inches lost. Here's to another great day!

This morning I weighed in at 155.4. That is a 1.2 lb weight loss. I'll take it! That puts me at a total 5.2 lbs in 4 days! I am so excited.
I am also so sore today. I played in a volleyball tournament last night and played 8 matches. My knees hurt so bad. I am not sure if it is the HCG making them weak or me running around and diving on the floor like a moron. It could be both. This morning my stomach is a little upset, I think it is because I did not eat my apple last night until 9:30. I need to make sure and get all my calories consumed by 8:00 pm from now on.

I got on the scale this morning and weighed in at 156.6. I lost 1.0 lb! Total down is 4.0lbs. Yeah, I am not sure if I should be worried that the amount that I lose each time keeps going down. I guess that as long as I keep losing at least a pound a day I will be happy. I have a volleyball tourament tonight, hopefully I will have the energy to play. I will make sure to take the B12 vitamins tonight that give me energy.

Drum Roll..................157.6..........CHING! I am down another 1.4 lbs. Yeah! Its working! (knock on wood) Total weight loss so far is 3.0 lbs, in 2 days! I am ready for another day. A good side effect that I am having is that I am sleeping well. I am tired at night and it is easier for me to fall asleep. I am not having to wake Kendall up because he is snoring. Looks like he is getting better sleep too!

Day 4
So, today I feel is the first day of the diet. It's going pretty good and I am not starving yet. Okay, it is only 8:16 am. I still super full from the last 3 days of binging. My starting weight this morning was 160.6 (everybody pretend the number is lower) I gained over 3.8 lbs in the last 3 days. YIKES! Hopefully we see the number dwindle fast. I am going to take my measurement, but I have not gotten to that yet. The goal is to drink about 100 oz of water per day. And take the drops 3 times a day.

HCG Diet
On friday, I started the HCG Diet. I have a friend that has lost over 20 lbs in the last 35 days, so I thought I would give it a try. I am now on day three and it has not been to bad.........granted, I am on my load days. The basics of the diet are: For 3 days you take the HCG drop and load up on high calorie, high fat and sugar foods. For 37 days you are restricted to a special 500 calorie diet that includes only certain items plus the HCG drops. For 21 days you have a maintainance diet of 1500 calories. So, to thell you the truth I am getting pretty sick of the loading. I really don't want to eat anymore and will be gratedful for tomorrow. I am going to post my start weight tomorrow and my food journal.
