What's for Lunch

This is my favorite lunch lately. (Notice the bottled water? I'm getting better at the no soda thing!) I first had it at Disneyland at the Blue Bayou. It has spring greens, tomatoes, red pepper strips, spicy caramelized pecans and a roasted red pepper dressing. YUM! If you're interested in the recipes for the pecans or the dressing, let me know and I will post them.

  1. I am a friend of Corynn's and I saw her mention this blog on her blog. I was wondering if I could invite myself to join :) I had a baby about 3 and 1/2 weeks ago and need to lose the baby weight. I know it is soon, but my problem is when I am nursing I have a MONSTER appetite. I know lots of people lose weight nursing, but I didn't lose it with my first until after we were done. I love to exercise, but lack the motivation right now because I am so tired so I need something (this blog perhaps) to help motivate me or help keep me accountable to eat healthy and start moving again to slowly get back to my pre pregnancy weight.
