Day 18

Weekends are horrible for dieting. I never thought that I would be wishing that it was a weekday. I am seriously messed up! The scale was semi kind to me today. I weighed in at 148.8 lbs. This is a .6lbs weight loss. For a weekend, I will take it. At least it was not a gain. This brings the 14 day total to 12.6 lbs. I am hoping for a super big number tomorrow.

Measurements:
Neck: 14 1/2 --14 1/2--14
Waist: 39 1/2 --37 1/2--36
Arm: 10 1/2 --10 1/2--10 1/2
Thigh: 22 1/8 --20 1/2--19 3/4

So, we are seeing some inches lost. What is up with no losing at the arms? I guess that I am okay with my arms. I really wanted to focus on the torso region. I have lost alot in the "GIRLS" area. They are getting smaller, but I did not take a measurement there.

This week is going to be good, I am hoping for a good day tomorrow. Goals. 200 oz water, very little salt and eating on time.

I will save a 1/2 grapefruit 40 calories for a snack.

Feeling good about today. Boy am I gonna lose it!
