153.2........153.2.............153.2.................can you tell that I am excited about it? I guess what I did yesterday worked! This is a 1.8 lbs weight loss! Let's hear a WOOT WOOT! That is more like it! This brings the total weight loss for 8 days to 8.4 lbs. Same plan of attack today. No salt, 160 0z water and I am going to try and get a 30 minute walk in. (that did not happen yesterday)

I have had the best lunch today. I took raw shrimp and cleaned and butterflied and added pepper. I took my 2 melba toast and crushed in a baggie. (garlic flavored) I then put my shrimp in and shook it. I then baked in the oven for about 15 minutes. After they were done, I squeezed fresh lemon over it. They were so good. I will save a fruit for a snack later.
Dinner

7 oz broccoli 68 calories
1/2 grapefruit 40 calories
Drank 165oz water today
Total calories for the day is 501
