Day 8

Not so good yesterday. I weighed in at 143.8 lbs this morning. Only a .2 lb loss. We should not have ate out last night. I just did not want to see anything raw yesterday. This brings the 5 day total to 6.2 lbs. Over half way to my goal of 12 lbs.
