Today I weighed in at 143.2 lbs a loss of .6 lbs. Oh no, I am slowing down. I am hoping that tomorrow will be better.

Maybe if you increased your calories a bit it would help. Maybe at 500 your body thinks it's starving and retaining everything.
ReplyDeleteI'm getting closer to my goal weight. Since we moved, I've gone from 158 to 149 by just cutting back portions and trying to excercise a bit. (The broken toe didn't help with the treadmill dedication by any means!) I'm hoping to be bikini ready when the house sells so Wes and I can go on a vacation somewhere warm!
