Day 42

They don't call this the maintance period for nothing. I weighed in this morning at 142.4 lbs. a .2 lbs loss. I guess that this is what is suppoed to happen. I have not been very good about posting what I eat. I am having a hard time keeping the naughtys off the tree. It takes all my time. Only one more week left and I am having a bowl of grapenuts! YIPPEE!!!

    Well, it's three apples down and three more to go today. Tonight is our ward Christmas party, so something else to pass up!! Yippee! Hopw it is all worth it tomorrow! Are you having a good day today?

    126 even this morning. I guess the apple day was worth it. Dad actually noticed a difference in me last night. I can see it in my face and in my love handle area, they are gone now. The tummy still needs some work though. I hope I keep losing it.

    Dec 13, 125 still, I hate the thought of another apple day, I will wait till tomorrow and see what happens.
