I lost 4.4 pounds in the last 2 weeks! Also, 6.5 inches total off my waist, bust, abdomen and hips. The next two weeks I will boost my cardio from 20 minutes to 30 minutes to keep the results coming. Hope everyone else is doing well with their goals, too!
WOW Corynn! That's really great! It's been a tough few weeks here at our house. I haven't even cared to check the scale.
