I'm Still Here!

I lost 5 more pounds in the last 3 weeks. And I am up to 40 minutes on the elliptical in the morning. Feeling good!

Past 2 Weeks

I lost 4.4 pounds in the last 2 weeks! Also, 6.5 inches total off my waist, bust, abdomen and hips. The next two weeks I will boost my cardio from 20 minutes to 30 minutes to keep the results coming. Hope everyone else is doing well with their goals, too!
